Our Solution Content
- Developed & maintained mHealth platform called “Mango” that was configurable to accept a wide range of inputs including online or offline data collection using ‘smart’ devices, SMS messages from basic handsets, web forms, and can be integrated with other complementary systems, including IVR.
- Irrespective of the input method, the data is processed and present in a rich set of appropriately configured reports. The reports are available onscreen, email, and as text reminders. The solution can be deployed as a fully managed cloud-based service.
- Enabled Health Workers to view KPIs of Health Campaigns using charts and graphs in their own ‘Native’ language.
- Deployed the data collector mobile app for all three major smartphones platforms iPhone, Android and Windows Phone.
- The platform pulled & pushed Information from client databases like various State Ministries of Health’s, NGOs (Clinton Health Access Initiative), & other Health MIS’.
- Administration of Health Campaigns & Initiatives was made easy & quick.
- Platform leveraged USSD for instant handling of SMS, Offline capability to automate data collection.
